Dad published his autobiography (his first and only book) in November 2021 , shortly before he passed away  in  Dec ' 21 . It detailed his life story from the stigma of his  illegitimate childhood right through to his married and working life on the Isle of Wight . Its also of historical interest since Dad was a ' war baby ' . He mentions a number of people who have contributed to his journey throughout life with amusing stories and situations he has found himself in . My father ' John ' will always be known for his sense of humour , his great love of music and his faith in God which kept him true to himself. He is and always will be much loved and missed.  Now at peace with our loving heavenly Father .
